1:1 youth mentorship

I offer 1-1 mentorship sessions for youth ages 8-18. Offering deep presence, listening and guidance. This is not therapy, and is somewhere between education and therapy. Weaving 10+ years of experience as an educator and emotion coach into these sessions, I offer a gently held, trauma- informed space.

Threshold Ceremonies

I offer gently held co-created ritual threshold ceremonies to honor your young woman moving through transitional times such as:

first moon (menstruation/bleed)
change in family structure
loss of a loved one
breakups
return from travel abroad
accompanying sweet "16", quinceñera or bat mitzvah
18th birthday
transitions out of the home

Together we will designing a unique and vibrant ceremony for your daughter that includes her support community, as she moves through deeply important passages of her becoming.
